The very name conjures up visions of ancient monuments, exotic souks and eons of history. Almost as a backdrop to the Great Pyramids of Giza, the city rises from the surrounding sandy plains like some kind of desert mirage, albeit cloaked in an ever-present haze of heat, smog and sand.

Arrive at the airport where by you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the evening with an optional dinner cruise on the Nile. Overnight at hotel.


After the breakfast, visit the Egyptian Museum housing which has the richest collection of antiquities ever discovered.

In the afternoon, visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Visit the inscrutable Sphinx with the body of a lion and the head of a man which was carved out of solid rock around 2650 BC. It required over 2,300,000 blocks of stone and it covers 13 acres of land.  It describes how the Sphinx had spoken to the then prince in a dream, promising him kingship if he cleared away the desert sand that was choking the Sphinx. Explore this and the many other legends surrounding this timeless regal figure.


Cairo – Aswan

After the breakfast take a route to the airport and fly to Aswan. Gear up to drift along Egypt’s famous river on a Nile cruise, moor up besides stunning historic sites and drift off to sleep above the gentle waves. There will be Embarkation before lunch. Afternoon you can enjoy with your floating hotel you can relax between excursions away from the dusty roads and coaches. Lunch and dinner will be on board. Overnight.

Nile Cruise - Full day Sightseeing

Morning begins with visiting the High Dam and the Temple of Philae (the temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, is in a beautiful setting which has been landscaped to match its original site)
then sail to Komombo (an agricultural town in Egypt famous for the Temple of Kom Ombo. It was originally an Egyptian city called Nubt, meaning City of Gold).

In the afternoon, visit the temple shared by the two Gods, Sobek and Haroeris.
Edfu (an Egyptian city) will be the last destination for the day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on board. Overnight.

Nile Cruise - Full day Sightseeing

In the Morning, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. The temple, dedicated to the falcon god Horus, was built in the Ptolemaic period between 237 and 57 BC. The inscriptions on its walls provide important information on language, myth and religion of ancient Egypt. 

By the afternoon, sail to Esna, a city situated in west bank of Nile, some 55Km south to Luxor. Later cross the lock and sail to Luxor.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Overnight.

Luxor - Cairo

Disembarkation after breakfast. In the morning, cross to the West Bank and be ready to visit different places

  • The Necropolis of Thebes
  • Valley of Kings
  • The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut
  • The Colossi of Memnon

Reach airport and fly back to Cairo. Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Overnight.
